The company was founded by Bill Lisac in 1972 with a vision to do business right. On his passing in 2017, his sons George and Marko continued the family business. Role Summary

We are looking for a pleasant and friendly receptionist/office assistant to join our team! This dynamic role is responsible for the general administrative duties to support the daily operation of the office. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome, greet and offer beverages to guests who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including answering phone calls, distributing correspondence and managing the company email. This role also requires upkeeping of office cleanliness and procurement of office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Offer beverages to executives and guests
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer, screen and/or forward incoming phone calls
  • Assisting executives with administrative duties
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Maintain cleanliness of all office areas (executive offices, bathroom, kitchenette and show room)
  • With training manage accounts payable/receivable

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook Mail and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Punctual with strong attendance history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
