Job Description

We are looking for a remote Customer Success manager to lead our customer success efforts, improve our onboarding processes, and our customer visible documentation.

Lifetimely is an ecommerce analytics platform helping ecommerce brands understand their customer lifetime value and figure out their best customers. We’re a small and highly effective remote team across Europe and US – you’ll be working closely with the founder to define your role.

About the role

Here are some of the great things you can expect from this role.

  • You will play a crucial role in the growth of our company. You will be advising ecommerce businesses on how they do digital marketing and think about CLTV. This isn’t a support role where you’re mindlessly closing tickets all day. You will have a big impact on both our company and the success of our customers' businesses as well.
  • You will meet hundreds of ecommerce founders and get to study their businesses from the inside out.
  • From the knowledge gained about our customer’s issues you will be advising the rest of us on how best to help our customers on a daily basis
  • You'll work remotely. Work from anywhere and enjoy the benefits of setting your own schedule.
  • You’ll work a 40-hour week. You’re not expected to do the startup grind and put in extra hours. We’re in this for the long run and respect your time.

The ideal candidate

There are some attributes that are guaranteed to make you awesome at this:

  • You have experience in ecommerce or digital marketing. You might have worked for an ecommerce brand or digital marketing agency.
  • You like talking to people and enjoy helping others to do business. This role includes a lot of calls with new people you’ve never worked with.
  • You’re a self-starter, you like to set your own direction and run with it.
  • You’re good at expressing ideas in clear and concise writing. The tone of our company is very personal, being able to write simply is a must.
  • Most of our user base is located in North America, so you’ll need to be able to match your schedule with EST working hours.
